Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply when trading with Neslein Pte Ltd using this website.

1. PAYMENT:

The invoice will be in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

On the invoice you will find the necessary information for transferring money by bank and forwarding checks. Please note that for check payment a handling fee of 50 SGD shall apply.

Neslein Pte Ltd’s commercial terms is payment upon order confirmation. No Activities will be initiated prior to receipt of money (or proof of transfer).

The interest payable on any unpaid and undisputed amount that has become due and payable shall be at the rate of 2% per month.

2. ONLINE ORDERING

via https://glass4ever.neslein-asia.com, Neslein Pte Ltd offer Buyers the option to order online. It is recommended that buyers check with Neslein the delivery time before paying for online orders via Invoice.

3. DELIVERY AND DISPATCH:

Neslein Pte Ltd do not do business with private customers – only business to business.

Normal delivery time is 0 – 4 weeks.

It should be noted, however, that the times of execution mentioned are approximate only, and that considerably longer times of execution may occur in connection with goods temporarily out of stock, participation in trade shows and fairs and introduction of a new collection.

Neslein Pte Ltd will keep customers informed about expected delivery times upon order confirmation. The buyer shall have no remedies for breach of contract in relation to delay in delivery, and he can thus not claim damages for consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of time or any other direct or indirect loss. In case the buyer affirms the delivery in spite of the delay, Neslein Pte Ltd is exempted from liability, and the buyer cannot raise any claims against Neslein Pte Ltd on grounds of the delay.

Neslein Pte Ltd chooses the mode of dispatch to be used.

If a particular mode of dispatch, e.g. courier or express delivery, is requested, Neslein Pte Ltd must be informed hereof on placement of order, as all freight costs are to be paid by the customer.

4. PRICES:

For sales to companies resident in Singapore, GST will not be added to the invoice.

Prices are adjusted, based on production prices. Therefore any price or offer is only valid for one month.

5. RECEIPT OF GOODS AND COMPLAINTS:

Immediately on receipt, the goods must be inspected carefully for any flaws and defects, and checked against the order placed.

In case the goods are damaged or not consistent with the order placed, a written complaint must be sent to Neslein Pte Ltd immediately by SMS, letter or e-mail.

Complaints must be made no later than three working days after receipt of the goods. Any complaints made after this time will be dismissed.

6. RETURNING OF GOODS:

Faulty or non-contractual goods may be returned.

7. PRODUCT LIABILITY:

In case any product supplied by Neslein Pte Ltd causes damage or injury to persons or things, Neslein Pte Ltd shall only be liable if it can be proved that the damage was caused by any defects or negligence on the part of Neslein Pte Ltd.

In case Neslein Pte Ltd is made liable for a product towards a third party, the buyer shall be obliged to indemnify Neslein Pte Ltd to the same extent as stipulated in sub-clause 1 above.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Neslein Pte Ltd accepts no liability for any consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of time or any other direct and indirect loss that the customer may suffer as a result of goods supplied by Neslein Pte Ltd being defective or not delivered on time.

Neslein Pte Ltd shall also be exempt from liability for force majeure in every respect and may delay or cancel an order. Force majeure means, among other things but not exclusively, any circumstance and condition beyond the control of Neslein Pte Ltd such as war or war-like situations, uprisings and other disturbances, public restrictions of any sort, natural disasters and weather conditions, shortages of goods, including delayed or defective deliveries from Neslein Pte Ltd’s sub-suppliers, strikes and illness.

9. CONFLICTING TERMS AND CONDITION WITH TRADE PARTNERS:

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between clauses in customers’ general terms & condition for the trade, Nesleins Pte Ltd’s Terms & Conditions presented here shall prevail. It is the responsibility of the customer to stay updated with these Terms & Conditions prior to every purchase. The issuance of PO from customers shall indicate acceptance the current Terms & Conditions.

10. CHOICE OF JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW:

Any dispute between the parties, including the interpretation of Neslein Pte Ltd’s general terms of sale and delivery, shall be settled under Singapore rules of law, using the English language as court language.

 

Warrenty

Neslein Pte Ltd offers all customers a 100 % warranty on broken and splintered glasses from glass4ever. This means that if a drinking glass from Glass4ever breaks or splinters within the first 12 months, Neslein Pte Ltd offers a new glass, free of charge.

According to our experience our glasses have an expected life span of around 3 years when used in night clubs, discotheques etc., and many more when used in canteens, institutions, restaurants, etc.
